Palazzo Pepoli - Museo della Storia di Bologna的点评
点评：After a few days in Bologna, we visited the Palazzo Pepoli to discover the story of Bologna which gave context to so much that we had enjoyed in the city. We spent 4 hours there with a coffee break between floors. We did have to speed up when we realised there were 35 rooms. (See tip for translations of the info below.)
We had the extra surprise of the 'Burattini a Bologna' exhibition on the upper floor! Volunteer Daniel Chiesa was very helpful sharing his knowledge of the puppets/ characters of Bologna that have their own spcial place in the story of the city. There are many beautiful handcrafted puppets to see and much more!
TIP : The audio guide, that you can download to your phone, is helpful but short. However, written descriptions will also be downloaded long with the audio guide and these are more helpful than the translation cards provided in the rooms. My husband used audio and I used the cards.
