点评：we've been visiting Rob and Jan for almost 30 years and watched the venue grow from a couple of dams and cottages to its current size and always taken friends or family on our visits
so some 30 years later with family celebrating wife's birthday and 38 years marriage we stayed and dined / sons partner taking a ride on one of rob's horses with 2 kelpies on board , the usual fishing experience and now a new dining adventure headed up by Julian Robershaw - using all the local produce accompanied by local wines and a deep and varied wine list that accommodates all tastes and budgets.
not only was the food , some 7 ish courses of unique and incredibly imagined and well put together food sensational , do was the company early in the evening with Rob and Jan plus don Alistair and his family - followed by the company of julian at the end of the night - of course with a few nightcaps
brekkie was just as good and to anyone looking for unique , different and a change up from the Tuki of old - make a booking and enjoy
we were a bit dusty the next day but had a commitment at the trentham footy. n netball club - managed a few frothies but was still conscience of the night before
