Traverse City State Park的点评
点评：The only reason we stay here is because our granddaughter has a softball tournament. I detest this park. Thankfully this is our last year she is playing here.
The park is not run by many and there is no one after a certain time of day. They have a cleaning schedule from 8 am to @10 am just when everyone is just waking up and trying to get somewhere. They used to have someone come in @11 pm or so and replace toilet paper and sweep and clean showers and bathrooms. They don't now, due to budget cuts. The disrespectful campers have full reign. They cross over into other people's campsites and when you say something, they are so rude and ignore you and continue to do as they please. It's a free for all with kids, on bikes, scooters and other rides. Parents are clueless and let kids do what ever they want. Out of state campers are the worst. The disrespectful campers do not obey any rules. They are only allowed 6 people to a campsite and a trailer,tent motorhome and sometimes a small tent with them. Not here. You very often not see any policing of the rangers. Quiet time is posted but ignored. If you want a relaxing peace and quiet camp experience this is not for you. 5am comes really early with the jets starting up and land all day until 11pm-12 am. It
starts all over the next day.
They are supposed to close this park next week for up grades but they can't do anything about the planes,jets, and helicopters over head, the constant traffic noise issues and On top of all this you have disrespected campers and the families. Carrying on until they decide they are done. We will never be back to this state Park ever again. Campers beware of this place unless you like this type of camping or you are type of one of those kind of campers who rules are made to be broken.
