点评：The golf course and surrounding scenery are absolutely fantastic — without question the highlight of the stay. The staff are polite, friendly, and the restaurant service itself was quite good.
Unfortunately, the hotel experience does not match the quality of the course. The overall structure and management of the hospitality side feels outdated and poorly organised. The TV system is completely inept and badly in need of modernization, and the heating throughout the accommodation was far from ideal.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of aptitude and professionalism from parts of the service team — not the waiting staff, who were pleasant and helpful, but the operational/service management side of the hotel. There seems to be a real disconnect in how the guest experience is managed.
This place has huge potential because the location and course are excellent, but the hotel side urgently needs investment, modernization, and stronger hospitality leadership.
