点评：We were only in St Andrews for an afternoon but I wanted to see the course and I was not disappointed . It’s very open and you can watch patrons teeing off at the first or playing up onto the eighteenth green . I obviously knew about the bridge but I had presumed you could only get a picture taken on it if you were playing the course . It turns out I was wrong . If you walk down the road towards it you will come to a barrier where there was a member of the course staff stationed . They were very friendly and would walk you out to the bridge inbetween the groups who were actually playing . They were very accommodating and helpful with taking pictures . There was a little bit of a queue but that’s to be expected as obviously priority is given to those who are playing the course . Made a nice little memory of our time in St Andrews . Maybe one day when my handicap is low enough I might even get to play the course .
