A positive experience despite some drawbacks.

点评：What a great experience for our pre-teen grandchildren. The exhibits and activities kept them engaged without effort. We were there with few others so activities were readily available. The contact with staff instructors was positive and all of them were well versed in their activities. Theatre activities involving Ai were well done and informative for children and adults alike. There was a Hallmark movie being filmed during our visit which was a distraction and made the experience less attractive and inhibited movement. Too much space was being taken up by the actors and film crews to make our experience more positive. At the price paid for a one day visit, having this distraction was certainly unexpected and a deterrent for future visits. Wondering why this was not divulged when tickets were booked online only one week in advance. If Science North is suffering financially, they should encourage visitors by informing us of these distractions, lower admission costs to encourage visitors and perhaps look into staffing as we observed numerous “Blue coats” simply walking around without any real purpose. Despite these negative aspects, the center is a positive experience for inquisitive young minds.
