Terrible experience

点评：My husband and I stopped by the Gypsy Distillery on a Tuesday afternoon. We thought it would be a fun way to try some different spirits.
We sat down at bar and immediately a waitress asked us “what do you want?”.
We said we needed a few minutes to checkout the menu. After about 10 minutes a man asked us what we wanted . We said we’d like to do a tasting. He set a menu in front of us with 4 little glasses, said put glasses on what you want. We did this and he never looked at us or engaged with us again. He still right in front of us talking to managers or owners and there we sat.
We finally got up to leave and the woman asked if she could help. We said no we were leaving as we never got our tasting. The man says”oh I got distracted and forgot”. Just checked CC they charged us for 2 tasting.
What was suppose to be a fun thing to do was not Fun.
