点评:We have been here twice, once in a RV and this time in a cabin. In researching the cabin I found almost no pictures so decided to help that situation.
VVHS is great, created years ago by a non profit to preserve the historic mining area, a bat cave and of course the springs.
The springs are great - different pools at different elevation and never crowded. There is also a popular traditional pool for swimming and sunning.
The property is very large and the vibe is very laid back. Very chill place with people either in tents, RV’s, or cabins and some shared accommodations.
No food and a bit remote so plan to arrive with what you need.
Cottonwood is the largest cabin and has a kitchenette. And running water in the kitchen which is unusual here with most sharing a common dish cleaning area.
The cabin is clean, you have to bring your own bedding and there is a couch which is fine.
Enjoyed our time there and as members our 2nd trip to the place. The entire property is clothing optional with perhaps 75% of the people taking advantage of that when in thx springs. No judgement either way.
Robes are common but not needed in getting to the springs.
Enjoy!
