点评：visited the garden centre. we decided to have the Sunday Carvery lunch at the restaurant. after getting a table and selecting our order, I then had to queue 20 mins to place our order via the drinks station, only to find the Carvery had been dropped from the menu, although it was still on the printed table menu, we ordered alternative food. When our food arrived the Steak Pie was not very warm, the chips were over cooked oven chips. very poor, The Pork sandwich we had was cut by someone with no carving skills, so the meat was in chunks, and the chips also very poor.
The staff were mainly young teenagers with little customer service skills and not very helpful to 2 elderly customers with disabilities.
Overall the food was poor quality, expensive for what was served. It was a bad customer experience that will not happen again for me.
