Terrible customer service

点评：I visited for the first time with my family and checked in at the desk. We were then pointed to the direction of another desk where the person that stood their whilst not looking at us at all then asked for a bay number. we explained we had never visited and we were sent over by the man at the front desk and instead of trying to help this young lad just started sarcastically kept asking for a bay number. We were then pointed to the direction of another desk where another member of staff took our details and gave us our cards and we were yet again sent to this rude guy who again asked for our bay number. This was getting frustrating as we had not been given a bay number and this lad just laughed at us and sent us back to the front desk. He had absolutely no intention of helping us! After going backwards and forwards from desk to desk we got our bay number and went back to the rude member of staff where he gave us a safety talk of which none of us understood as he spook so quickly! The actual game was a lot of fun and it was great to see so many staff and security walking around but the staff members were all very young and more interested in giggling with each other rather then actually helping customers and the security staff walked around together like they wer in some sort of street gang! It was such a horrible atmosphere and it is clear that there is zero customer service skills. Will definitely NOT be returning what a shame!
翻译：我第一次和家人一起来这里，在前台办理了入住手续。然后我们被指向另一张桌子的方向，那里站着的人根本没看我们，然后要求提供舱位号。我们解释说我们从来没有来过，前台的人把我们叫了过去，这个年轻人不但没有试图帮助，反而开始讽刺地不停地要求提供舱位号。然后我们被指向另一张桌子的方向，那里的另一名工作人员记下了我们的信息，给了我们卡，我们又被送到了这个粗鲁的家伙那里，他再次要求提供舱位号。这让人很沮丧，因为我们没有得到舱位号，这个小伙子只是嘲笑我们，把我们送回前台。他根本没有帮助我们的意图！在从一个桌子到另一个桌子之间来回走动之后，我们得到了舱位号，然后回到那个粗鲁的工作人员那里，他给我们讲了一次安全谈话，但我们谁也没听懂，因为他很快就吓坏了！游戏本身很有趣，看到这么多工作人员和保安走来走去真是太好了，但工作人员都很年轻，更喜欢互相嬉笑，而不是真正帮助顾客，保安们一起走来走去，就像是街头帮派！气氛太糟糕了，很明显客户服务技能为零。绝对不会再来，太可惜了！
