点评：So as a regular customer at the regent past few times have been disappointing. Whitney the last time there the security staff were OTT when people were enjoying the show. But last nyt due to being 8mins late we werent allowed to go in, until the producers of the show said what the time was late entries were allowed in. This is all well and good. However, we were were shown to a tv monitor with literally very little sound then shown to another with no sound. If these were the rules they should be prepared to give the customer a better experience. Then when shown in we had to sit elsewhere due to someone else in our seats! So during our entry we noticed someone had come out would not the same rule apply to them and during the play someone else left! Odd rule and the producers need to think about their rules better. We paid £40 each for this and missed at least 20 minutes which wasnt appreciated!, So arrive in plenty of time. And if you like sing or dance dont sit in the circle on that kind of a nyt...Go Crewe Lyceum instead.
