点评：I have never experienced a tourism related business with such atrocious customer experience and service.
We met for a family birthday for a grandparent so the children would have things to do and living within a not too far journey we met here. Yes we are quite local.
We had two small children, one on the autistic spectrum. He was skipping through the cafe and was told to walk. ( adults did not hear or would have left at that point).
Hot tap outside scolding hot health
and safety issues.
Food was poor quality ( breakfast) limited childrens options, processed white sliced bread for bacon sandwich advsertised as rustic roll, cold toasted teacakes and minature coffees. One black coffee was so weak was not drank. Quality of cooked foid was poor.My phone pay didn't work initially and when I asked if he could reposition it to face me rather than upright he shook his head ( this did read the pay by phone) no apology just an excuse.
I will not be setting foot here again and will share my experience wide.
Have some care for families if you are going to market this as a tourism business.

我不会再踏足这里，我会广泛分享我的经历。
如果你打算把这里作为旅游业务来推广，请多关心一下家庭。
