Food and drink is good. Set up is a hassle.

点评：I’ll start by saying the food is delicious- everything we ordered was fantastic (portions could be a little bigger). That being said- we don’t like how this place is set up. Servers come around for drink orders (alcoholic) but you go up to the counter to order food and pay for it- then take a tag that buzzes when it’s ready- and you go back up to the counter to get your food. We asked the drink server for water and he directed us to the self serve water dispensers… so we had to fill up 8 waters (no lids!) for the whole table and carry them all back across the restaurant to our table. We also had a situation where two kids orders were accidentally missed so we waited like half an hour for food that never came and had to reorder it. I get that it’s a brewery so they’re not focused on making it family friendly dining- but it’s a real headache when you’re just coming to sit down for dinner after Hershey amusement stress. A lot of your customer base is families coming for food, not just beer. At least have the servers bring the water. We stopped here a few years ago and felt the same way- didn’t plan to come back but there were others in our group who wanted to try it- they left feeling the same way! Change to a normal sit down dining experience and you’ll be good to go.
