Do Not Buy All Day Dining Passes, Staff are Arrogant and Insufficiently Trained

点评：I purchased All-Day Dining Passes for my family, and at no point during the online purchase process did I see any information explaining the restrictions associated with the pass. The advertising led me to believe that we would have convenient access to any meals and snacks that we wanted on a 90 minute schedule throughout the day. The experience was very disappointing when we were told there were restrictions at each stand.
When we arrived for our first meal, we waited approximately 30 minutes for food because Mill Stream was not open and had no food prepared at 11:00 a.m. This created an unnecessary delay and significantly impacted the value of the dining pass.
While several managers apologized for the situation, no one was able to offer a meaningful resolution. An apology alone does not address the inconvenience and frustration we experienced after paying for a product that did not perform as advertised. We had to argue every time we used the pass to get our includes side with the entree’.
In addition, the staff appeared disorganized and often could not answer basic questions. Many employees seemed to be new and insufficiently trained, resulting in inconsistent information and a lack of customer support throughout our visit.
I hope Dutch Wonderland will review its communication regarding dining pass restrictions, improve staff training, and better prepare dining locations to serve guests efficiently when the park opens. The current online advertisement regarding All Day Dining is false. Guests should receive the experience they were promised when purchasing these passes.
