Lovely first trip to Vietnam
Eco Nature Travel的点评
点评：We booked an extremely last minute trip, 2 families with 3 young kids.
The team were very responsive, Wendy (our allocated Operator) was extremely quick to propose a plan and pricing package. As for the package, all bases were covered from food to transport, tickets to attractions, timings and so on. Yet, the plan was flexible to suit our needs.
Also, Wendy sent daily check-in messages to see if we were happy and enjoying the trips. She is professional,
caring and very helpful.
As for our allocated guide (Tien), she is truly a gem. Although just a young lady she has very mature outlook on life and speaks excellent English. We had some deep and genuine conversations in between our packed schedule, and she was willing to make little adjustments on the fly to suit our demanding needs and ensure our happiness.
We have to mention also the tour vehicle was brand spanking new, clean,
comfy and very spacious.
Tien was also very good with the children and has a wicked sense of humour, so she is very entertaining. She was also very quick to caution us of tourist traps and how to avoid the "tourist tax" in the local markets, and what the fair prices should be for the little products.
In all we found Tien and Eco Travel to be very trustworthy and genuinely concerned for our satisfaction and enjoyment. Thank you for a lovely trip, and hope to see you again in future!
