点评：After reading through a few negative reviews, let me start with the best way to maximize your experience here:
1) if your kid is super independent, don’t bring them until they’re at least 42 inches tall so they can get into virtually every stride, and can theoretically buckle/unbuckle themselves in if need be. So age 4 and up is ideal.
2) park is cash only, there are ATMs near the exit, but I didn’t see any in the park (maybe there are). For admission purchases on-site, it must be either Discover card or cash, or buy online ahead of time.
3)BRING A COOLER filled with snacks, lunch and cold drinks. Very few places allow this, and LOMB does, so you can have a Pocono and save having to buy any food there. The food options include typical carnival-type food.
4) go during the week! I have no idea how busy it gets on weekends, and I don’t want to know. We had virtually no wait on any ride or water park slide/ride.
5)ride the safari truck and the train! These are nice mellow off-your-feet activities that get you out of the sun (both have canopy cover for roof) and they don’t cost any extra —another rarity for these types of things in other parks.
6) if a ride looks too scary (for you or your kid), just skip it.
7) if you’re over the posted weight limit for a ride, skip it! Physics is not your friend in those situations :)
We had an absolute blast there with no issues whatsoever. The staff we encountered at the rides as well as the lifeguards were polite and helpful. Be sure to bring cash at least for a locker at the water park, and yes there’s a $10 deposit that you’ll get back at the end upon turning in the locker key. At $36 per person with over 30 attractions, and additional boardwalk-type games available if you want to pay extra, it’s well worth the trip (and you won’t be dealing with hordes of teenagers like at Six Flags or Dorney Park!)
