点评：I will NEVER visit the land of make-believe again. I have a level 3 autistic child nonverbal. NOT AUTISM, FRIENDLY 💙🧩 the lifeguard was notifying the kids of the rules, but was doing so with his foot in the pool when my son didn’t respond because he’s not verballlllll and can’t respond, he started screaming. I’m putting his foot out more with rage and anger as if he’s aggravated thinking my son is ignoring him, but my son is disabled! Long story short we had to leave because my husband was trying to hurt him… and he would be in jail forever more if we stood… when we alerted the staff on our way out, they seemed annoyed with us said they were calling the police but we waited over 30 minutes and they didn’t call anybody so I had to call 911 myself they didn’t care all these people are like related coming from out of country, Poland & Russia and stuff absolutely no manners or sympathy for others. they left the lifeguard there and didn’t remove him. I called 911 for the police & the officer that came told me that she’s “good friends” with the owner and that I’ll probably get a refund for my tickets. She never followed through with the police report. No update. I’ve emailed no Reply so you can’t even call the cops because they know the owner so they’re all “friends” i’m now talking to my uncle who’s a detective in nyc to see what’s my next step not a good place for any kid let alone special needs children save yourself go somewhere else. the price is low because this is more like a carnival than an actual theme park or waterpark. Everything is old & busted once you get there it’s not worth it besides all of their attitudes and they’re all in cahoots with eachother! Everything is cash ONLY they don’t take card. I bought a hotdog. It was five dollars and it was ketchup and mustard only no onions or any other toppings were available like ridiculous. The experience we had here was unforgettable never again. They say there’s no lines, but it was overly crowded. Not like the videos they post. mind you my son is in a wheelchair smh nobody cared but I’m not giving up on his justice and believe me, I never will I was standing next to him when the incident occurred. I never thought that the lifeguard that was right on the other side of him would do that. We were just there the last weekend of July 2026
翻译：我再也不会去那个“幻想之国”了。我有个三级自闭症患者，不会说话。这不是自闭症问题，只是他比较腼腆而已💙🧩 当时救生员正在向孩子们讲解规则，可他的脚却伸进了泳池里。由于我儿子无法说话、也无法做出回应，救生员便开始大喊起来。我气得不行，怒火中烧，以为他是因为觉得我儿子在故意无视他才这么生气，但实际上我儿子是有残疾的啊！长话短说，我们不得不离开，因为我丈夫当时试图伤害那个人……如果我们继续留在那里，他就会被关进监狱终身。我们在离开时通知了工作人员，他们却显得很不耐烦，说会报警。但我们等了30多分钟，他们却根本没叫警察。于是我只好自己拨打911。他们根本漠不关心。这些人似乎都互相认识，是从国外来的，比如波兰、俄罗斯等地。他们完全没有礼貌，也毫无同理心。他们把救生员留在那里，没有带走。我拨打了911报警，赶来的警察告诉我，她和场所老板是“好朋友”，我很可能能拿到门票的退款。但她始终没有提交警方报告。现在毫无进展/没有任何消息。我给“无回复”那边发了邮件，但根本得不到回应。你甚至没法报警，因为警察们都认识业主，所以他们全都是“朋友”。现在我正在和我在纽约市当侦探的叔叔商量，看看接下来该怎么做。那里对任何孩子来说都不是个好地方，更别说有特殊需求的孩子了。为了安全起见，还是去别的地方吧。这里的价格之所以便宜，是因为它更像是一个嘉年华，而非真正的主题公园或水上乐园。那里的一切都又旧又破，根本不值得一去。而且所有工作人员态度恶劣，还互相勾结！那里只收现金，不接受信用卡。我买了一个热狗，花了五美元，里面只有番茄酱和芥末，连洋葱或其他任何配料都没有，真是荒谬至极。这次经历真是令人难忘——以后再也不会去了。他们声称那里没有排队现象，但实际上人挤人。跟他们发布的视频完全不一样。提醒一下，我的儿子坐在轮椅上，真是无语，没人在意。但我绝不会放弃为他讨回公道，相信我，我永远都不会放弃。事件发生时我就站在他身旁。我怎么也想不到，就在他身旁的救生员会做出那种事。我们是在2026年7月的最后一个周末在那里的。
