点评:I arrived at 11am for a 12pm Eden Retreat. The pleasant girl who checked me in advised that the salt room was out of action (I later discovered the heated loungers were too) but that I could use the sauna. After changing I returned to reception where the spa manager gave me some forms to fill out. I asked for my glass of prosecco and was informed "you'll get it when the bar drops it down". Nobody came near me for the next hour as I sat in the relaxation area and at 12:10 I returned to reception where I handed back the forms. At this point I expressed my disappointment at not having received my prosecco and was told "we usually give it afterwards". When I explained that I had already asked for it before my treatments as this was my preference, & also that I was disappointed by the lack of facilities (salt room, heated beds) and the overall lack of attention Clodagh, the spa manager, told me in a very rude tone that she didn't like my attitude. I was astounded. She then proceeded to argue with me over and back until the therapist arrived for my treatments. At that point I declined the treatments as I was too upset & asked for a refund. She said she couldn't process the refund without signal. I said I wasn't moving until she did and then she managed it....
I cannot believe that this dreadfully aggressive woman is managing anything. I left the place shaking and close to tears.
