点评:The box office ruined our family night... I had a terrible experience last night. I bought tickets from a 3rd part website and they released the tickets to me, but at will call, they could not give me the tickets because they didn't show they were in my name. I verified the seats and they showed purchased, but the staff would not give me the tickets. I stood outside and missed 2 innings and then had to purchase 5 more tickets just so I could go in and sit in the seats that I had previously purchased right behind the plate. Nobody would help me. There wasn't even ANYONE around and most seats were empty. So The TinCap Staff took another $35 from me, just to allow me to go in and sit in the seats that I had already purchased. There has to be a better way, TinCap staff! It's a small town. Maybe try to verify what people are saying is true. When they saw the seats I told them about matched the seats that showed purchased in the system (and no other seats around them) it would seem pretty simple. But no... just ruin 3 kids' night by making them all wait 2 innings until we purchased more seats... that seems rational. Even the "manager" wasn't rational. The stands were empty! Use some management discretion! If you can't do the job, let someone do that job that can handle it. Instead of just telling me I got scammed (not true), just try to help people! There was a problem with the 3rd party and they did get it sorted out and I got my tickets near the end of the game... Worst experience ever with the TinCaps.
