点评:The guides are phenomenal (Carlos and Sophia). Very supportive, even contacting me beforehand to review all that I would need and to check if I had any special needs during the trip. They do not "push" you, but encourage you up the mountain. There are parts that are uneven and a little slippery but I would not agree with the website description that there are areas of "advanced hiking". It was more challenging from a endurance standpoint than from a skills standpoint. I walk a lot, but mostly on flat ground, so be prepared! It is mostly vertical. At the end of the day, I did not have many "steps", but I had climbed over 130 flight of stairs according to my phone app. Good, comfortable shoes are essential and walking poles are a great help for support and balance. I had my own, but they provide them for those who don't. Your legs will be tired and your knees might not be happy with you the next day, but the views are phenomenal!! I did the fjord cruise the next day and to be able to look up at the waterfall and know that I had hiked up to it the day before was a great sense of accomplishment! I almost cancelled because I was feeling unsure, but I am so glad I did it!!!
