Perfectly Positive Experience from Start to Finish
Serendib Lounge的点评
点评：I had reason to visit the Serendib lounge recently for a few hours before my late evening flight to London via a long stopover at Mumbai and found the welcome from the front desk staff to be just lovely. They couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome. Plus there was no quibble about how long I needed to be in the lounge as a business class traveller prior to my flight as I encountered later at Mumbai airport.
All staff I encountered during my visit were just delightful. As I was travelling alone, I asked a couple of different staff members to keep an eye on my drinks and cabin bag when I needed to use the bathroom and they were really good about it. The food was tasty with lots of choice (I basically opted for some pasta and a couple of tuna sandwiches) and the bar was self-service and fully stocked with anything I could think of and plenty of ice (always a must for me) available. Any member of staff passing my table smiled and said hello which was nice and not at all intrusive.
I would definitely recommend the Serendib Lounge and would also mention there's a quite area to sit back and relax too with charging points available for all your gadgets.
