Good and bad staff!

I had posted this on Google reviews about a week ago, so I’ve just moved it over here as I can’t seem to find it.
I want to comment on my personal interactions with the staff, my husband and I interacted with the staff quite a few times during my visit today and I want to share my experience.
Overall, it was a relatively mediocre experience, but there was one boy working there today who absolutely made my daughter’s day. He was wearing a black jumper with black jeans and was extremely nice. His interactions with my daughter and myself was exactly what you would expect from the staff of a soft-play area. I gathered that he was relatively new working here, but his energy and approach to customer service was great.
The other staff on the other hand didn’t really make the place feel as friendly as the other staff member did. During the duration of the session I noticed a lot of the staff seeming relatively bored and didn’t engage very well with the customers, one young lady in particular seemed very fed up - but my session was quite slow, so I can’t expect there to be too much excitement. It also could have just been the day, we all have bad ones!
I’ve given this review 4 stars as the day itself was extremely fun, my daughter had a great time and I’d definitely come again! I just wish all the staff were as lovely as the previously mentioned one. Hope he gets some form of recognition and the others take some notes!!
