NOT FOR DISABLED - or folk who can't climb stairs!

点评：On arrival, a friendly lady (Natasha) welcomed us & explained the inside procedure. As I'm in a wheelchair, she informed me ever so friendly, to call her when we're ready to view bikes upstairs & she'll get (her guys) to carry me up the stairs. Also smilingly, seeing the concern on my wife's face, ensured us that 'they' have carried guys up there 4 times my size (me 75 Kg's) already.
We called after viewing downstairs, just to be told (her guys) were not available. When we asked if it would help if we had a brekkie first, she smiled & said 'absolutely!'
After ordering, a kitchen staff member was sent to inform us there won't be anybody avalable to carry me up. 2 Minutes later she walked past our outside table, where we called her back & my wife expressed our dissatisfaction. Also reminding her that she promised us it won't be a problem. All friendliness & smiles disappeared in a flash & she just walked off. Came back & without a word, literally threw down a R50 note next to my plate, with an attitude of note & stormed off.
Highly unprofessional & extremely rude!
My advice to all elderly with a walking impairment, and disabled in a wheelchair, beware. NOWHERE is there ANY notices on site, nor on their websites, that the facility is NOT disabled-friendly.
