点评：This is one of the few Cinemas where one can truly experience an improved feel of yesteryear’s Cinemascope, the bygone era of Quadraphonic Sound, seat rumblings, some of the occasional smell-o-thons, not having anyone’s head in your line of sight and the big in your face screen awe. Yet to a certain extent, it is somewhat behind the times. Still, the seats are not awfully uncomfortable for the 21st Century, they do slightly rock and recline and are somewhat soft to the behind while lounging to a 2 plus hour movie event. The Harkins cinema experience has come a long way since its inception in 1933 by Dwight Harkins. I might add quite a few iterations too. I hear IMAX is in the midst of revamping and upgrading the system across the country. We’re all do for an improvement in this sector of the entertainment world, and I personally look forward to it. Yet outside of the specialty bar or dinner theatres, IMAX is our place to enjoy a spectacular flic in a theatre. With some decent popcorn I might add. We love it.
