点评：We came here for a work Christmas party, and had an overall very good experience. The tasting room was great, we were able to sample a lot of different spirits - I loved the peanut butter whisky! Ambience is nice, the building is lovely, there was a very talented live music duo playing, and a projection of a fireplace burning. Service was timely and friendly. I was able to try the truffle fries, buffalo wings and the spinach olive and feta dip, as they were shareables amongst our group. The dip and flatbread was excellent, I wish I had ordered that for myself! Fries were great, wings were good but not the best I've had. I ordered the turkey burger with poutine - turkey burger was excellent. The poutine was not really what I'd consider poutine. The fries and beef gravy were very tasty, but there were hardly any curds at all, definitely need more to be a self-respecting poutine. My husband ordered the schnitzel sandwich. Unfortunately it was pretty dry and one-note, it did come with a mushroom sauce on the side but could have been jazzed up a bit with some lettuce and other toppings (to be fair, I'm not that familiar with what a typical schnitzel sandwich would look like). He wasn't crazy about the Caesar salad, too much dressing. We didn't try dessert, but the dessert menu did look fantastic. Would have loved to see some local beers on tap, we settled for Stella. Overall our experience was very good! A few improvements to the food itself could be made, but I'd come back here if in the area to explore more of the menu. Cheers!
