CAS Abaya Outlet的点评
点评：Until last month I loved to do shopping with CAS. Usually I purchase abayat in the stores, however due to perfect tailoring job and designs, I had trust in this shop. Until last month. As usally, I purchased abaya from them with same measurements as I always use to make abaya. Custom abaya always takes from 10 to 20 days to be made, can take longer if abaya has decorations. This time, abaya was sent to me 2 days after placing an order. I knew, ot wasnt custom made, they sent me something they had ready done and most likely it won't be with measurements I requested. I contacted shop while parcel was on the way, they assured me abaya is exactly as I wanted. 2 days later once abaya arrived, how unsurprised I was, that abaya turned way too small on me. Of course immediately I reached shop, showing them measurements are incorrect. They sent me back them pictures with tailor stretching abaya in all possible ways to prove measurements are correct. I was speechless. They knew it was incorrect. It reached point when I was accused by rude woman working as customer service, that i was wearing this abaya, I used it. Lol. Yes, that's exactly what my plan was, to use too small abaya. They ended up sending me some new order, which i didn't recive, on top of that they charged me with shipping cost. I refused to collect it, obviously. Now case is Department of Economy of Ajman. I will never ever shop with them again.
