I felt so unsafe during 4 hour ride. I contacted their support team via app chat. I explained how unprofessional is the driver and I requested to change the driver after I reach my first destination.
They did nothing, they just called the driver to validate my complain, and guess what: the driver insulted me directly after the call!!!
I reported the case again and I have tried to call them directly many times, unfortunately their call center agents don’t answer after hours or during weekends.
Their support team did nothing at all. They kept me waiting for an hour and at the end they said, we will get back to you after 48h.
the driver didn’t even apologize. And so far no one contacted me.
You can pay a lot for such service, they claim that it is safe and classy, However the level of unprofessionalism that you will be dealing with is unbelievable
