The River Spa的点评
点评：I have been visiting this spa regularly for the past eight months, often using a Groupon voucher, and have always received impeccable service without any issues. However, during my most recent visit, I was informed of a change in management and that vouchers would no longer be accepted—which I completely understood.
That said, I was assigned a trainee therapist, and I later learned it was only her second day and her very first massage. The session lasted just 40 minutes, and while she was extremely kind and clearly trying her best, she was very nervous. Out of politeness, I didn’t feel comfortable mentioning my concerns at the time. Unfortunately, no hot towels were used, and overall, the experience felt incomplete.
Sadly, I won’t be returning, as it now feels that using a voucher compromises the quality of service and therapist provided, which is disappointing after such consistently positive past visits.
