Entitled parents ruined experience. Staff need to be firmer

点评：The ladies (staff) in the arena where lovely and helpful. My daughter (being a little small) has waited 2 years to be tall enough to do the high climb. Unfortunately the whole session was ruined by a child who went in front of my daughter. He was 10 ish and terrified but his parents seemed determined to force him to do it. He just stood there for ages 15 mins plus with his Father shouting at him. My daughter couldn't move forward or back waiting. Staff didn't act. Daughter bored rigid and wasted best part of her hour. I'm not a complainer by nature but actually said something and was told, 'what do you expect us to do about it'. I am aware I will be viewed negativity for this post and people will be doing the usual the child must have xyz etc wrong but this wasn't acceptable. Moving forward the staff need to be able to be more decisive as this happened right beginning He should have been told to come off, needs more escape routes to stop holding others up. I was however thankful for the additional go she was allowed on the high climb after her time was up. Such a shame the experience fell below standard it could have been soo much better.
