Disappointment, small queues long waits

点评：My family of 3 visited this water park today with high hopes of it been amazing, sadly we felt more frustrated than we had fun. We arrived at opening time and left just before closing and made it on hardly any slides.
On opening various attractions weren't working which was not told to us apart from the one slide we were told abt.
The worst part was the lack of planning by the staff who operated the slides, the queues weren't especially long we counted 18 people in front of me and my son to go on a slide for 2 people this took an hour due to waiting on the inflatables. Another attraction had 4 slides at the top for either 1 person rider or 2, the staff operating it were literally operating one slide at a time even if people wanted the same slide instead of letting others go on the other slides they would only do the one slide desperate 2 staff been at the attraction and all slides been green and ready to go. This held up the queues massively and seemed to be an ongoing theme through the day.
On the rig my son and husband went to go on a slide while I waited to get a picture of them, I waited an hour there were huge waits of 10 minutes between people getting off the slide and the next people coming down, my husband and son then told me it was due to the wait for the inflatables.
None of the queues seemed long in comparison to Disney, universal or dubai water parks however the wait times were far longer mainly waiting for inflatables or the staff at the top not been able to operate more than 1 slide at a time.
I think they really need to go to Disney, universal or dubai water parks and see how they manage queues and the slides. And they should buy more inflatables so your not waiting on the one float coming back to the top.
Would not recommend and won't be going back as it was a massive disappointment
