点评：I hugely recommend Flavio's Tours for a personalized VIP tour while in Cancun.
Preparing for the tour with Carol was effortless and I felt well supported and safe. She provided comprehensive information regarding our excursion and was always ready to respond if I had any questions.
My family and I enjoyed a private tour with this company that took us to local taco spot, Chichen Itza, a wonderful buffet comprised of authentic Mexican food, a chance to swim in a beautiful cenote, and a stop in a local town, Valladolid. Flavio, accompanied by Alex, and his historian colleague at Chichen Itza, Enrique, made an excellent team on the field. They were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and didn't rush us. Flavio timed everything exactly to beat the crowds and go against the traffic of tourists.
I think what was even more amazing and unexpected, is that I've read in past reviews that Flavio takes photos and he'll offer them to you in a USB stick, but I did not expect the Same Day Edit video we had of our entire excursion! Incredible! Not to mention, they were also very delightful and patient with my 4 year old.
If there is a chance of returning to Mexico, I would definitely want to do another tour with Flavio.
