Chichen Itza tour from Cancun with the best tour guide money can buy. Seriously.

点评：Believe all the hype. Every 5-star review here is 100% accurate. Flavio is an absolutely stellar tour guide and host, and a heck of a nice guy. Yes, you CAN get an awesome tour at a reasonable price with a wonderful tour guide.
The good parts:
- We booked our tour of Chichen Itza exactly one day in advance. Flavio and his team accommodated us quickly and professionally.
- From the moment we submitted our interest, we felt completely taken care of. Carol contacted us to let us know the details, and to get everything lined up.
- The ride from Cancun is long, but Flavio and Danny showed up with plenty of drinks, snacks and personality.
- The tour of Chichen Itza was everything we wanted it to be. The team set us up with umbrellas to protect us from the blazing sun and told us all we wanted to know about the site. It wasn't overly long, and it was all interesting.
- Plenty of time to wander and shop on our own. There's no shortage of vendors at the site.
- While Chichen Itza was spectacular, the real star of the tour was swimming in a cenote. DO NOT MISS THIS.
- The single best value-add from any tour I've ever taken anywhere in the world is that Flavio serves as the tour's paparazzi. He had three cameras and he took a million pictures of us and for us all day long at every stop. Then he loaded them onto a flash drive on the long drive back and handed it to us when we were dropped back off. Seriously, that's a tremendous value at no extra cost!
The bad parts:

You get a full day with the best tour guide money can buy. Don't hesitate to book Flavio if you have the chance.
