点评：I reached out to them about a photo tour they advertised. It took 5 days for them to provide an itinerary, which they said was due to them needing to come up with a customized plan based on where I wanted to go. That's perfectly fine, and I was happy with the itinerary they ultimately provided. When I told them to book me for the tour, I was told by Mariyam that they would complete my booking by the following day.
That's the last message I've received from them. I've followed up a couple of times, first couple messages were viewed and not responded to. My last two messages have been delivered but not even viewed. It's approaching a week since they were supposed to have completed my booking. I'm not really sure why the radio silence, but they essentially just wasted over 2 weeks of my time.
