点评:Riverdance was absolute magic. 10/10. Standing ovation. The theater was awful.
I wish I’d read the reviews instead of blindly booking like a fool. Instead, I got packed in like a tin of sardines, marinating in eau de armpit while slowly roasting under a heatwave that could melt steel.
Our seats were in the gallery — We enjoyed half the show because of the limited view, not advertised as limited view, but unless the top half of the stage was just decorative, we missed a solid chunk of the performance. I paid for Riverdance, not Riverknees.
And the seats? Open-backed. Which meant the lady behind me spent the entire show playing footsie with my spine. I didn’t know I’d signed up for a surprise chiropractic session.
Honestly, I should’ve paid more for the Stalls or just gone to a different theater entirely. Lesson learned. Next time, I’ll read the reviews, bring a fan, wear nose plugs, and maybe a back brace.
Zero stars for the venue. All the stars for Riverdance. Never again.
