Amazing experience at the Gin Lab

点评：A birthday present from my husband who doesn't like Gin, but suggested I take my best friend. With no real expectations we turned up and had an amazing afternoon. Alex was very knowledgeable about Gin and their manufacturing process. Thea kept us supplied with various Gins and tonic to drink. After the theory came the practical - making our own Gin. With 78 different botanicals it took a little time to narrow it down, but loads of fun. Whilst our own Gin was distilling, a fantastic spread of charcuterie, breads, cheese, olives, salads and more to eat whilst getting to know the other people there. By far one of the best afternoons I have had in a long time and at the end of it walking away with your own Gin, pleasantly surfeit. What a marvellous way to spend an afternoon. Want to do it again with the rest of my friends.
