点评：We found Joseph and Maasai Safari & Cultural Tours through Google Maps and honestly couldn’t have made a better choice. From our very first enquiry, Joseph was incredibly proactive, friendly and reliable. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of even before we had arrived in Kenya. For example, when our driver was picking us up in Nairobi, Joseph kept us updated on where the driver was and when we could expect him. Also we booked the Safari only a few days in adavance, which wasn‘t a problem.
The safari itself was absolutely amazing. Joseph is a fantastic guide, knows Amboseli extremely well and made every game drive special, it went far beyond a standard, impersonal safari experience.
Joseph was genuinely interested in making our trip memorable and treated us more like friends than just guests. He even trusted us with his own camera so we could take pictures during the game drives, something we certainly didn’t expect and really appreciated. We had so many unforgettable moments, saw incredible wildlife and felt completely comfortable throughout the entire experience.
Everything was well organised, communication was excellent and Joseph was incredibly flexible, he also organised a hot airballoon tour for us, sunset and sunrise game drives and a full day safari tour. He cares about his guests and wants them to have a great time, rather than simply ticking off a safari itinerary.
We are incredibly grateful for the experience and will remember our time with Joseph for a very long time. If we ever come back to Kenya, we will absolutely contact him again and we would happily recommend him to our friends.
