Terrible experience – rude staff and zero respect for visitors and the dolphins!

点评：I strongly advise against visiting Barnacles Dolphin Centre. The staff were shockingly rude, unprofessional, and even insulting at times. The whole experience felt disorganized and chaotic — people queue with no guidance, tall adults block the view for everyone, and there is absolutely no seating or comfort provided. It's clear they’re only interested in taking your money — they even say it openly!
To make matters worse, there was no educational information at all about the dolphins. This should be an opportunity to learn and connect with nature, but instead, it’s a money-grab with zero care for animals or guests.
What’s worse is the treatment of the dolphins. These wild animals are conditioned to come every morning to beg for food. Feeding them daily like this makes them dependent on humans — is this really respecting nature? There’s no educational content, no awareness about dolphin conservation, just a tourist trap disguised as an animal encounter.
Very disappointing and frankly disturbing.
Avoid at all costs.
