点评：Overall our experience was good. Unfortunately we didn’t get to stick around for our second day at the park due to bad snow storm arriving earlier than anticipated.
Only things we didn’t like was the park opens at 10am and even though we brought tickets and stayed at a connected hotel, we weren’t allowed to get our tickets until 12pm on that day of arrival.
Also $30 charge to just get into your room one hour earlier than check in time. Just feel if the room is already cleaned and available any earlier than check in time and the customer arrives early, they should be allowed to get into the room at that time to make sure they are comfortable and taken care of. No hurting anything or anyone to do this when the room is already purchased for that day/night and what good is the room leaving it clean, purchased, and empty until check in time? If the hotels would do this, you would be surprised how your rating would go up, people who recommend the hotel more to others, and people’s expectations and experience would be phenomenal!
