Terrible conditions for people and animals!!

点评：Totally disappointed!!! We, five of us, went early on a Monday morning, and the zoo was very crowded. That's fine, because the zoo is usually one of the best places in Pittsburgh to take children! The kids loved all the dinosaurs on display, the only positive aspect of our trip! The zoo was absolutely filthy!! The aquarium looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months!! This was not just a few days of build up! Also, the ordeal of getting food in the restaurant was ridiculous!! All orders through phone and kiosk, very poor system!! The wait was at least a half hour for fries and drinks, and the prices were unreasonable!! Serious changes need to be made for this to be a safe, clean, affordable place for families!!! Also, there were hardly any animals to be seen!! No elephants, one giraffe, one or two monkeys, no bears, one skinny tiger!!! We can only hope that management can make needed changes!!! Disgraceful zoo!!
翻译：太失望了！！！我们一行五人周一一大早就去了动物园，人非常多。这倒没什么，因为动物园通常是匹兹堡带孩子游玩的最佳去处之一！孩子们很喜欢展出的恐龙，这是我们此行唯一的亮点！但是动物园简直脏得一塌糊涂！！水族馆看起来几个月都没打扫过了！！这可不是几天就能搞定的！而且，在餐厅点餐简直是噩梦！！所有订单都要通过电话和自助点餐机，系统太差劲了！！薯条和饮料至少要等半个小时，而且价格贵得离谱！！动物园必须做出重大改进，才能成为一个安全、干净、价格合理的家庭游玩场所！！！另外，几乎看不到什么动物！！没有大象，只有一只长颈鹿，一两只猴子，没有熊，只有一只瘦骨嶙峋的老虎！！！我们只能希望管理层能够做出必要的改变！！！真是个令人失望的动物园！！
