we have been coming to sandbridge for 8 years, and have not once encountered the issues we did with siebert. for starters, our rental OCEANIC SERENADE had no working AC on the third floor, which seems to be a theme with that house despite management claiming it was a new issue. they did provide us with another house that siebert claimed we were getting a deal
On because it was more to rent weekly; but they werent charging us extra . The new house was absolutely filthy; dead bugs on all decks like it hadn’t been power washed in months. The washer was broken during our entire stay (we are a family of 23). The ice machine was broken. and additionally, the bathroom on the upstairs floor leaked down through to the second floor because there were HOLES IN THE BATHTUB. to Make matters worse, our grill caught on fire, requiring the use of a fire extinguisher due to the grease build up. We naturally reported this to both siebert and the owners who, despite charging 42,000 for this house weekly, told us they saw no wrong doing and just like that “case closed”.
