点评:So much potential, but understaffed and inefficient!
Don’t get me wrong, we had a great time at the park - the rides had decent variety, thrill and uniqueness, the layout and vibe was pretty relaxed which is quite impressive to achieve in a theme park. Nice, friendly staff all round. The wildlife presentations were amazing!
However our experience was blunted by needlessly long wait times for the big rides. Of course a theme park has long queues, and we were happy to wait in them, but what frustrated us was that they could have been much shorter! There was clear opportunity for much greater efficiency in the turnover of guests (could probably be twice as fast). Firstly, all of the coasters only had one carriage, which means you have to wait for it to return and people to get off before the next lot can load on - this seems crazy to us! Secondly, on top of this, all of the rides appeared to be understaffed (the Giant Drop only had one poor staff member running the entire ride, which honestly seems illegal), which meant that there was very little organisation of people getting ready for the next ride. For example, on Motocoaster (see photo) there were only two staff members who had to run all of the controls for the coaster (in and out of the control room), along with organising people getting off the ride, getting people on the ride and doing all the safety checks. Oftentimes the ride was ready to be loaded but the queue hadn’t been sorted yet, increasing the wait time even further.
It’s such a shame because it can easily be improved, and it would give guests time to get more out of the park. You can imagine the frustration of being able to see the loading area for Steel Taipan from the back of the queue, and yet having to wait a whole hour before making it to the front…
It’s still a fab day out though (and the waterpark looks awesome too) 😊

这真是太可惜了,因为这个问题很容易解决,而且如果能改进,游客就能有更多时间体验乐园的其他项目。你可以想象一下,明明在队伍的最后就能看到钢铁大班的登车区,却还要等上整整一个小时才能排到前面,该有多么令人沮丧……
不过,这仍然是一次很棒的游玩体验(水上乐园看起来也很棒)😊
