Extremely disappointing experience - All major rides broken and poor customer service

点评：We had a very disappointing day at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast and honestly regret spending the money.
The first ride we wanted to try was Taipan. After waiting in line and finally sitting down in the seats, the ride broke down about five minutes later and we were told we couldn’t ride it after all. That was frustrating, but we tried to move on.
Next we went to King Claw, which also broke down. We were stuck sitting in the ride for about 15 minutes before they got us off. After that we discovered that The Tower was closed as well, even though this was not mentioned anywhere on the website before we arrived.
We went to the service desk to explain the situation, and the only thing they offered was express tickets for Taipan. This didn’t help at all since the ride was still closed, and many of the people who had come specifically to try the big rides had already gone home.
While waiting because we were told Taipan might reopen “soon,” we decided to try Tailspin. Unfortunately that ride also had engineering issues and was closed.
At that point multiple major rides were unavailable and the staff at reception were not willing to offer any real solution. We even suggested moving our tickets to another day, but they said that wasn’t possible.
In the end we left early after spending about $200 AUD for a very poor experience. Broken rides, lack of information, and unhelpful customer service made this a very disappointing visit. We would not recommend it.
