点评:The restaurant was tucked away in the woods and really looks like a shack. Our guide Rose was excellent and did a very good presentation about the maple syrup process.
The presentation takes place outside and you’ll be sitting on wooden benches. They told us the presentation would be brief, but it took close to 50 minutes - way too long after a long day traveling.
After the presentation, we ate dinner. I tasted everything and it was delicious. The only thing I did not like were the pancakes - but just about everyone at my table like them.
They had a folk musician and had the group participate in a folk dance which was fun. All in all, it was a wonderful time and well worth the visit. The program takes about 3 hours, so I recommend going here if you’re in the area, but not after a long day of traveling.
