点评:During the winter season, I highly recommend calling or emailing before dropping in as their hours will vary. They are very responsive via email if you can’t catch them by phone. This is a family-owned maple syrup shack that uses the traditional method of harvesting sap (that gets turned into syrup). End of December, we visited by booking an English speaking tour over email. We started the outdoors with maple taffy and enjoyed coffee, maple tea, and maple syrup as we waited for the presentation. Rose gave an intriguing presentation about maple syrup and Quebecois music, and we also sampled maple butter (must try!). Their gift shop was reasonably priced and had various kinds of maple products. We felt so welcomed - they do a great job with hospitality, and I’d imagine their meal service (when available) is a great experience.
