Clay's Resort Jellystone Park的点评
点评：I went to Yogi Bear Campground in North Lawrence, OH Clay's Resort due to a previous experience at Yogi Bear Campground Kozy Rest Harrisville, PA. We went due to the Halloween weekends they offer. At Clay's Resort I could not have been more disappointed. I took my three children and two of their friends. The staff were not helpful and seemed pained when asking a question about the resort. Our previous experience at Kozy Rest we saw Yogi Bear and crew on a regular basis (at least 4 times a day) at Clay's Resort we did not see them one time our entire stay. (Unacceptable).
At Kozy Rest they have a trick or treat on Saturday every weekend in October for your children to dress up and get candy. (the main reason we booked this trip) At Clay's Resort, they have 5 locations where you go to these different locations and your child can get either a small piece of candy or a glow stick. The staff at this resort while I was spending hundreds of dollars, came off as rude (older and younger employees) and the younger staff members mostly congregated together to chat instead of socializing and assisting children that may need assistance. While at the restaurant and after feeding my children and their friends, I asked for the bill. The waitress brought the bill over and the total was $144. I looked at the bill and realized she added a whole other table to my bill. I approached the waitress and advised her of the error. The waitress without apologizing, advised "I'll change it for you".
I very rarely give reviews, and always want to see the best in places on any trip I take. Clay's Resort needs a lot of work and needs someone on the ground from corporate to review the entire place, and maybe share ideas with the other resorts it has in nearby states. I will never stay at Clay's Resort again.
