Poor Management and Customer Sevice Seals the Bad Deal on this Lesser Mountain in Donner Area

点评:Horrible management with ridiculous Ski Shop policies.
Purchased a pair of gloves ($60) that ripped in the very first run.
Was told by Mangers Tyler and Max that they didn't do return/exchanges and to pursue Manufacture's warranty! Fora pair of gloves I bought from them less than 15 min prior.
I understand policy, and it's likely related to bad apples using items for the day and returning them, which would be shady. This is not that and those with the authority to make a call in favor of an honest customer they sold something defective to, should be enabled to make that call.
AVOID THIS RESORT - there are plenty of far superior mountains and customer service around Donner. I will not be returning.
