Mattress Factory的点评
点评：I explored Pittsburgh’s north side during my latest visit. It was the Mattress Factory on Wednesday, the Hall of Honor on Thursday, Acrisure Stadium on Friday, and the Moonshot Museum on Saturday. Attending the Texans verse the Steelers game was the highlight and lowlight of my visit.
I arrived 3 hours before game time to a whirlwind of excitement! A youngster in a Steeler jersey whizzed past me trying to set a personal record for the 40 yard dash. As I approached the Steeler Hall of Honor, Pop Warner footballers demonstrated their sure hands as they ran slant out routes.
All this excitement made me hungry. At the end of Art Rooney Way were half dozen restaurants. I choose the Voodoo Room. A tasty burger, fries, and beverage set me back 20 bucks.
It was a balmy 73 degrees at game time. After entering the stadium through gate 8, I noticed that there were no luxury boxes. Fans were subjected to the elements. If it rained, you got wet. If it snowed, you got covered.
I was barely in my seat when Houston’s C J Stroud threw a long touchdown pass. The rout was on as the Texans cruised to an easy 20 – 12 victory.
It was an action packed trip. I recommend that you include these destinations in your next visit to Pittsburgh.
