Untrustworthy staff (foreign workers that are thieves!)

点评：had my purse stolen in the lodge area of the Red River ski resort when picking up our rentals. I contacted local law enforcement and they and the GM, Walt, reviewed the video footage which wasn’t super helpful due to placement of cameras. The only thing the video did help with was identify that we were essentially the last guests to leave for the day at 5pm. Everyone else after us was an employee. We returned for my purse within 8 minutes of leaving and it had been stolen during that time period. My husband found the girls that helped us try on boots (where I left my purse right next to them) outside and asked them about it. They already knew of a “missing purse” before their manager or guest services had a chance to ask them about it….. they also knew exact locations of cameras.
It’s very likely these girls, but 100% likely an employee stole my purse with my cash, jewelry, cards, and ID in it. These workers are all here on J1 VISAs! I plan on contacting ICE about the crime happening here. Local LE confirmed theft has been a problem here at the lodge with these workers before.
DO NOT get your rentals here and DO NOT trust the staff
