Snow King Mountain Resort的点评
点评：I just passed through and had my Indy Pass. I wasn't sure if I wanted to snowboard because I didn't have much time. The person running the lift ticket window was super nice and at the very least convinced me to use my indy pass to take a gondola ride, which I thought was super cool.
Eventually I ended up snowboarding for a little over an hour, they have good terrain, even if you're tired and not really expecting to ride too much, the triple chair services some terrain that isn't too bad. The summit is pretty steep and intimidating, so it's easy to think Snow King's terrain is more challenging than it is. That said it's still not an absolute beginner hill but they do have some a nice beginner area.
I forgot my Indy Pass card and some who works there actually took the time to find my number and text me that they found the card. I thought that was really cool of them to do, they didn't have to do that.
It was also March, before Daylights Savings Time, and instead of shutting everything down at 4pm when there was lots of daylight left, they seemed to keep things going because they had daylight and a crowd, which I thought was super cool because a lot of uptight places would shut down at 4pm sharp because that's the rules.
My time there was short but they have a lot to offer besides skiing and snowboarding, my next visit will be longer.
