Very disappointing - and they used to be better

点评：Very disappointing customer service this time. We have taken 2 long haul holidays with Imagine in the past and both were good. We are currently in Vietnam on our third trip but there has been a string of inaccuracies with itinerary and bookings which we have had to query but the worst thing has been that the trip was sold as “on Singapore Airlines” but one of our flights from Vietnam to Singapore is not with Singapore Airlines full service but with Scoot their low cost offering. We paid a considerable sum to upgrade to business class on all flights months in advance (more than we could have purchased the flights for by going to the airline direct!) but business class is not available on Scoot. We discovered that Singapore Airlines flights are available that day on the same route but on asking to transfer we were told it would cost a further £2K each for a flight showing at £350. We asked for lounge access at least as all our flights(4) are on the same business class booking ref but Imagine has refused. I feel cheated and I doubt I will ever use them again.
